Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research: Science Internship Camp for College Students

Applications are invited from students who are pursuing first year PUC in science stream for “Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research” (INSPIRE) internship camp to be conducted by the Department of Science and Technology at Kumadvathi First Grade College a Unit of Swamy Vivekananda Vidya Samsthe, Shikaripura-577427, Shimoga from 24^st to 28^th October 2016.

The INSPIRE had been designed to encourage students to take up study and research in basic sciences. Interaction with renowned scientists, discussions, sky watching, magical show and cultural programmes would be held during the five-day camp.

Students who have passed SSLC with more than 90.2 per cent and more marks or those who have secured A1 grade in CBSE class 10 examinations are eligible to apply. September 15^th is the last date to submit the filled in applications. Free food and accommodation will be provided for the students during the camp.
