As a part of Educational activity and Health Day celebration and as per the recommendation of RGUHS for the NSS unit to conduct a training programme on Breast Feeding for Health workers in different health settings for the promotion of breast feeding on behalf of World Breast feeding celebration we the NSS team and faculty of Mythri College of Nursing have conducted Breast Feeding training programme in one day as two session among 50 staff nurses working in Sahyadri Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital on 01/08/2016 from 1pm to 5 pm.

Mrs. Wincy.C, Associate Prof. of college presented the theme of “World Breast Feeding Week – 2016” Breast Feeding: ‘A key to sustainable development’ and the topics were discussed by using the slides provided by RGUHS.
