The Primary School Started with the Name of Akkamahadevi Lower Primary School. under Gangamma Veerabhadra Shastri Trust, Shikaripur, Bhavani Rao Street in the year 2000-2001.   The name of the School was changed in to Mythri Lower and Higher Primary School in the year 4-4-2006. Gangamma Veerabhadra shastri trust also changed to Swami Vivekananda Vidya Samste ® Shikaripur  on 29-6-2009.
